Honestly I never leave reviews but I used to love this shop so much and have found it to be lacking lately. I went up to order, nobody in line and it took a good couple of minutes before the barista finished their conversation to take my order. I got a 16oz iced latte, regular milk and it was literally 8.50, I was kinda shocked at the price for a single latte especially when its not even 20oz. I kinda brushed it off since I usually love the coffee. Once I got in my car to drink my coffee I realized it was a pretty light looking latte and when I tasted it it just tasted like milk about to go bad with a hint of coffee. Honestly it wasnt worth the bother to complain and I just finished it, I just wonder why the prices are going up and the quality is going down.

This is a really cool place but absurdly expensive. 35 dollars for 2 small drinks and a small bagel sandwich is pretty ridiculous. If youβre willing to spend, I highly recommend. Or you could go to water street or any other coffee shop and not spend a fortune.

I recently visited Factory Coffee - Frank Street, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Factory Coffee - Frank Street offers a welcoming, modern atmosphere that makes it easy to relax, work, or catch up with friends. From the moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed, with a clean aesthetic, comfortable seating, and a warm, inviting energy. The coffee was outstanding. Every drink was carefully prepared, rich in flavor, and consistently high in quality. Whether ordering a classic espresso, a smooth latte, or a specialty brew, the attention to detail was evident in every cup. The menu also offers a nice variety of options for different tastes, making it a great spot for both casual coffee drinkers and true enthusiasts. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They were quick to greet customers, happy to offer recommendations, and clearly passionate about delivering a great experience. Their service added a personal touch that made the visit even more enjoyable. Beyond the coffee, the overall environment stood out. Itβs a place that encourages people to stay awhile, whether working on a laptop, reading, or

Had heard great things about this place from local friends, so my boyfriend and I stopped in to pick up some coffee beans as a gift for a family member and grab a cup of coffee for ourselves, and Iβm very glad that we did! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting with people seated at various tables either catching up with friends or toiling away on their laptops or playing a game of chess in one of the rooms off to the side. The decor is well done and everything seems to βfitβ the style of the place. The coffee is delicious and I canβt wait to give the beans we bought to our family so they can enjoy it as well. Whenever Iβm in Kalamazoo, hopefully Iβll have the opportunity to stop in for some coffee.

I was visiting family in the area and needed a place to work for a couple of hours. The coffee is excellent and I love the location in the repurposed factory. I ended up buying another drink and a bag of coffee to take back home. They were two of the best lattes I've ever had, and I am a bit of a coffee snob. Can't wait to come back the next time I am in the Zoo!
